Guide which products the assistant recommends in specific situations.

When to use: you want to promote certain products, pair complementary items, or steer recommendations in a specific situation.
How to add: recommendation hints are created from real conversations. In the Playground or a Chat log, use the Add recommendation hint action on a reply. They then appear under Recommendation hints in the knowledge store, where you can review, edit, or delete them.
