The Chats area shows every conversation your shoppers have had with the assistant. From the list you can open any conversation, read the full message thread, and see what the assistant captured about it — an auto-generated title, summary, sentiment, and tags. It’s the place to understand what customers are asking and how the assistant responded.

View conversations

Open your assistant on the platform and go to its Chats area. Conversations are listed with their auto-generated title and tags so you can scan them quickly. Use search and the filters to narrow the list — for example by chat tag, date range, Sentiment, or Language.

Open a single chat

Select a conversation to open it. Each chat has two tabs:
  • Messages — the complete back-and-forth between the shopper and the assistant.
  • Details — the auto-generated Title, Summary, Language, and Sentiment; the Tags applied to the chat; and metadata such as the number of messages, the duration, and where the chat started.
If a chat led to a purchase in your shop, a Conversion badge appears at the top of the chat.
Titles, summaries, sentiment, and tags are generated automatically so you don’t have to label conversations by hand. You can still edit the title or adjust the tags on any chat. Tags also feed into Analytics.

Export

You can export conversations to work with them outside the platform — for reporting, sharing with your team, or deeper analysis. Select Export chats, choose a time range (such as today, the last 7 days, or a custom range), and start the export. Any filters you’ve applied to the list carry over to the export.
The export is prepared in the background. When it’s ready, you’ll receive an email with a download link.
