Managing billing and changing plans requires the Owner role.
Plans and quota
homie offers one or more paid plans and a custom Enterprise tier — each with a different set of features and a monthly message quota. Higher tiers unlock more messages and additional capabilities. Messages are the metered unit your usage is counted against. Your current plan and remaining quota are shown on the Billing page. To track consumption in detail, see Usage.Change plan
- Open Settings → Billing and select Change plan.
- Compare the available plans and their features.
- Pick the plan you want and confirm the change.
Spending limit
You can set a Spending limit to control how much you spend on usage-based costs once your included message allowance is used up. Once the spending limit has been reached, all assistants will be inactive and will no longer process any further requests. Inactive assistants will no longer be displayed on your website.If your workspace is billed through Shopify, you manage this limit in Shopify instead.
