What product questions are

Product Questions (also called PDP Questions) are short, auto-generated FAQ-style questions shown directly on a product detail page (PDP). homie reads each product page and produces a small set of the questions shoppers are most likely to ask — sizing, materials, compatibility, shipping, and more. When a customer clicks a suggested question, the chat opens with that question already asked, and the assistant answers it instantly using your knowledge. The shopper goes from doubt to answer in a single click, without leaving the product page.
