Chats

Conversion
When conversion tracking is set up, this section shows how chats turn into purchases:- Checkouts — the number of attributed purchases and how they trend over time.
- Conversion rate — checkouts divided by total chats.
Users
- Users — how user numbers trend over time and across the day.
- Device distribution — desktop vs. mobile vs. tablet usage.
- Touchpoints — the pages (or in-store QR codes) where conversations begin.
- Language distribution — which languages shoppers chat in.
- Sentiment (conversation mood) — the overall tone of conversations.
Feedback
- User feedback — how shoppers rated answers, split into positive and negative.

- ⌀ Value of clicked products — the average price of the products shoppers clicked.

Date range
Every tile and chart respects the date range you select, so you can compare periods, zoom into a campaign, or look at long-term trends.
