Upload PDF, Word (DOC/DOCX), or text (TXT) files. homie extracts the text and makes it searchable. When to use: the content lives in a document — a sizing chart, warranty terms, or a product manual. How to add: in your knowledge store, open Sources → Documents, select Add, and upload one or more files. homie processes them in the background and adds the extracted content to the store.
