Add plain text snippets straight into the store. When to use: short-lived or temporary information that isn’t on a website or in a file — an announcement, a temporary closure, or a quick policy clarification. How to add: in your knowledge store, open Sources → Texts, select Add, then type or paste the text. It becomes searchable knowledge immediately.
